Refund policy

At ShiBuddy, every anime collectible and product is carefully checked and packed with love before shipping.
We only accept returns or replacements if the product is not delivered as described or arrives damaged/defective.
To process such claims, a clear, continuous unboxing video is required.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

πŸŽ₯ You must record a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from the start (with the shipping label visible) and the product condition clearly shown.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing usΒ with your order number, unboxing video, and clear photos of the item.

⚠️ No return requests will be accepted without valid unboxing video proof.


Damages and Issues

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately with your unboxing video and order details.
Our team will verify the footage and resolve the issue quickly β€” either through a replacement or a full refund.

Note: Minor color or size differences do not qualify as damage.
All details and quantities are clearly mentioned in the product description β€” any misunderstanding or assumption won’t be considered a valid claim.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Items without unboxing video proof

Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling

Size, color, or personal preference issues

Custom-made, personalized, or premium products

Sale items, deal bundles, gift cards, or gift wraps

Perishable or personal care goods (e.g. food, plants, or beauty items)


Return Process & Address

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior approval β€” unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product and verify the unboxing video, we’ll update you on your refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please allow your bank or card provider some additional time to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us on our support email.Β
