Return / Exchange Process

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

You must record a clear, unedited unboxing video from the start — showing the parcel being opened, with the shipping label visible and the product condition clearly shown.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at help@Shibuddy.com with:

Your order number

The unboxing video

Clear photos of the item

No return or replacement requests will be accepted without valid unboxing video proof.

Valid Reasons for Return / Replacement

We only accept returns or replacements for the following reasons:

The product arrived damaged or defective


The product is wrong or missing (different from what you ordered)

The order was delayed beyond the committed delivery time

The delivery was cancelled by the courier
If you receive any of the above issues, please email us immediately with your unboxing video and order details.

Our team will verify your footage and resolve the issue quickly — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Items without an unboxing video proof

Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling

Size, color, or personal preference issues

Custom-made, personalized, or premium products

Sale items, deal bundles, gift cards, or gift wraps

Perishable or personal care goods (like food, plants, or beauty products)

Important Note

Minor color or size variations do not qualify as damage.

All details, dimensions, and quantities are mentioned in the product description — any misunderstanding or assumption will not be considered a valid claim.
